NSFW COMMISSIONS

You MUST be 18 or older to order any commission from me.

Please note that the artist retains the right to refuse a commission request. Whether this is because it is out of my scope of practice or I am uncomfortable with the content. [Refer to the previous page as a general guideline to what I will and won't create.]

Turnaround time for the finished piece is 2 weeks up to 1 month upon acceptance of the commission request, this may change depending on workload. I will notify/update you if there is a significant change in my workflow. Currently I do not take rushed deadline commissions.

Communication and delivery of the artwork will be done over email. [Or Discord if it is provided.]

Please provide visual references of any original characters, environments or backgrounds. I will not work off text heavy descriptions alone unless you are paying specifically for design work, which I may or may not be offering at the current opening.

Please describe how you want your artwork to be. The posing, expressions, outfit, lighting and how the overall vision looks in your mind. Sending visual references will help me understand what you want more clearly, which will be alongside text descriptions and directions.

If you’re unable to find a reference photo, do not be shy to also send stick-man figures or a simple doodle to help both of us work towards your intended goal.

Please note that the artist retains the right to refuse a commission request.

Payment will be through Ko-fi and Stripe ONLY. I will send the link to my page, you do not have to write anything in the request box due to discussing the commission prior. Ko-fi takes 100% up front, please keep this in mind.

I do not take Paypal due to the large cut it takes from artists. If you have any difficulties about paying for your commission please talk to me directly and I'll try my best to work through it with you.

No commission will be started until they are paid for.

Base prices are subject to change based on complexity of request, this will be negotiated with the client.

I DO NOT accept refunds or cancellation once the commission has gone past the sketching/revision phase.

I will contact you to make sure that you are happy and agree with the revisions/sketches provided so that the work can be completed.

Revisions during the sketch phase are free of cost, regardless of how small or big. This stage is crucial to reaching your satisfactory goal.

Please mind that honesty is very important during revisions, if you are unhappy with anything, let me know so I am able to correct it as fast as possible.

After the final sketch phase approval, revisions get harder but are still possible. Communication is the key to hopefully make both parties satisfied:

A) Small revisions are free of cost, such as color corrections, changing an expression or other similar simple tasks. However, Please note that frequent revision requests will be charged, so please be mindful and honest as soon as possible, while mentioning everything you deem in need of change.

B) Major revisions such as Pose changing, a different composition or character/ outfit design etc.. past the stage of final sketch phase will incur additional charges to the original commissions price. Starting at 10 dollars per major revision, depending on how big this may vary. Please keep this in mind and discuss with me clearly.

As requested previously, if you have a very clear image of what you are going for I will need you to clarify and give as much detail as early in the process as you can to avoid such a fee later on.

Please note that revisions exclude requests of changing the artist’s artstyle. You are fully responsible for picking this artist and the style of their work.

Training and processing the artwork through any AI training and generative site/device is strictly prohibited. Reproducing a commission for any blockchain related reasons, including NFTs, is also prohibited. Please use the SIGNED and PROTECTED work to post publicly.

The artist retains the right to post the commissioned artwork’s final product and/or the artwork while still being in progress on their website or social media, which is considered a means of marketing for the artist. [If the commissioner wishes to keep their commission private, for any reason it must be discussed with the artist.]

Clients may not take credit for the artwork, trace or alter the work in any way or form, nor can clients request another person to do so.

Transfer of rights to the art piece is prohibited

Due to the nature of these commissions I am offering, my work is not for hire or commercial use. It is for personal use only. I will refuse commercial negotiations including my artwork and I will not allow such use of it.
